1. Information we collect

CertForge may collect account information such as name, email address, login method, country, preferred language, and email verification status. When the full platform launches, we may also collect product ownership, saved exams, attempt history, selected answers, flagged questions, scores, and support messages.

2. Payments

When payments are enabled, payment details may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. CertForge does not store full card numbers on its servers. We may store payment status, product purchased, transaction references, and fulfillment status for account access and support.

3. How we use information

We use information to create accounts, verify email addresses, provide purchased digital products, save progress, generate score reports, secure the platform, respond to support requests, detect abuse, and improve CertForge.

4. Security

CertForge is designed to use HTTPS, secure cookies, server-side access checks, rate limiting, origin checks, and security headers. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect user accounts and exam access.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary information with service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, email, analytics, authentication, or payment processing providers.

6. Email and communications

We may send account, security, purchase, verification, and support emails. Marketing emails, if introduced, will include a way to opt out. CertForge will not call users claiming to be ForgeIQ.

7. Data retention

We retain account, purchase, and exam-history information as needed to provide access, support customers, maintain security, comply with obligations, and preserve purchased digital access.

8. Your choices

Users may request account help, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Certain records may be retained when needed for purchases, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security.
