1. Overview

CertForge provides digital certification-preparation products, including practice exams, demo questions, saved exam workflows, account-based product access, score review tools, and ForgeIQ reasoning challenges. These Terms govern use of the CertForge website and services.

2. Digital products and account access

Products are delivered digitally through a CertForge account. Some products may generate user-specific practice forms from a larger question bank. Access may require login and email verification. A product being retired from future purchase does not remove access to specific generated forms already purchased by an existing owner, unless access is revoked for abuse, fraud, chargeback, legal compliance, or security reasons.

3. Payments

When payments are enabled, checkout prices will be shown before purchase. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another payment processor. CertForge does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.

4. Refunds

Because CertForge sells digital access, refunds are handled case-by-case. If a product cannot be provisioned after successful payment, CertForge may manually resolve the issue by granting access, offering a replacement product, or issuing a refund. Customers should contact support@certforge.com for refund requests.

5. Certification disclaimer

CertForge is an independent preparation platform. CertForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially approved by CompTIA, Cisco, PMI, AWS, Microsoft, ServiceNow, AXELOS/PeopleCert, or other certification owners unless explicitly stated. Certification names are used for identification of exam-preparation subject matter only.

6. No guarantee of passing

CertForge products are study aids and practice tools. We do not guarantee that using CertForge will result in passing any certification exam, employment outcome, promotion, or professional credential.

7. User responsibilities

Users agree not to share accounts, scrape content, bypass access controls, abuse demos, post answer keys, reverse-engineer generated exam forms, or use CertForge in a way that harms the platform or other users.

8. ForgeIQ disclaimer

ForgeIQ is a consumer reasoning challenge. It is not a clinical IQ test, Mensa qualification test, employment test, educational placement test, medical/psychological assessment, or professionally validated diagnostic instrument.

9. Support and official communications

CertForge will provide support through official website channels and email. CertForge will not call users claiming to be ForgeIQ. Treat unexpected calls claiming to be CertForge or ForgeIQ as suspicious.

10. Changes to these Terms

CertForge may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of CertForge after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
